The NEW CATHOLIC DICTIONARY
teaches that Catholic Mass along with other Sacraments “will infallibly gain
us every gift and avert every evil.” Satanic!!! That is the demonic doctrine
of Catholicism! Catholics sincerely believe that by partaking of Mass that
they will gain the gift of eternal life. In Mass, Catholics eat a wafer that
they believe literally turns into the body of Christ, and they drink wine
(juice) that they believe literally turns into Jesus' blood. They call it
the doctrine of
TRANSUBSTANTIATION. In effect, Catholics are cannibals—eating,
digesting, and eliminating Christ in their bodily waste. Such is the
ridiculous and unscriptural teachings of Catholicism.
Roman Catholics foolishly think that Mass is
necessary to be saved. They are very wrong. The Bible does NOT agree
with
Catholic tradition. Catholicism is of the Devil. The best place to hide
a LIE is between two TRUTHS. The Devil is the true diabolical leader of the
Catholic Church, deceiving over a billion souls, leading them all into Hellfire for ever and
ever and ever. Religion does not, and cannot, produce the new birth. I am
tired of hearing apostate neo-evangelicals claim that many Catholics are
really born-again Christians. If you are Roman Catholic, I love you in the
Lord Jesus Christ and want what's best for you. The Devil has deceived you!
The hardest thing about getting people saved is
getting them lost! I want to show you friend that you are lost in your sins
without Christ in Roman Catholicism. You need the Savior!!! No priest can
absolve your sins. The confessional booth cannot help you. The sacraments
cannot help you. Only the crucified and risen Savior with the nail-scared
hands and feet can save you! Trust Him now and forsake the prisonhouse of
Catholicism! A man with no hope is far better off than a man with a false
hope, because the man with no hope is still searching. Catholics have been
given a false hope by the Devil, and so they are blinded to the Gospel.
Likewise, the Jews have been given a false hope
through their Judaist false religion, believing that they are automatically
going to Heaven merely because they are physical Jews. If they don't get
born-again through faith in Jesus Christ, they will all go straight to the
Lake of Fire. Whether Jew or Gentile, it matters not, we must all be
born-again by the Holy Spirit of God, which happens the moment that we
BELIEVE the Gospel. Have you believed a LIE? Have you been given a false
hope by the Devil? Whether it be the lies of Evolution, worldly
philosophies, false religion, atheism, wealth, pleasures, material
possessions—there are ALL false hopes, substitutes for God's true salvation
through faith in Christ Jesus! You need
HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS!!!
I even heard a misled man refer to himself as
“Baptlic” (i.e., half Baptist/half Catholic), because he now attends the
Catholic mass with his Catholic wife, but he grew up in a strongly Baptist
community in North Carolina. My friend, neither being Baptist or Catholic
can get you to Heaven. You need to get your sins forgiven, and only Jesus'
precious blood on the heavenly Mercy Seat can do that (Hebrews 9:12,24).
Christ's blood washes away our sins by faith in the Gospel. If you know that
you are a guilty sinner in God's holy eyes, and you believe that Christ died
on the cross for YOUR SINS, and raised-up from the dead three days later,
you are saved! (that is, IF you don't add anything else to the
Gospel).
Beware Of The Devil's Lordship Salvation
There is a popular heresy (aka, Lordship
Salvation) circulating in Baptist churches today which says that God
won't save a person, or they're not ready to be saved, unless they are
willing to turn away from willful sinful behavior. This is a works-based
plan of salvation! There are no obligations to be saved. There are no
requirements to receive the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8-9). There are no
“strings attached” so-to-speak to being born-again. Eternal life is a gift,
not a reward (Romans 6:23; 11:6). Salvation is received, not achieved.
Salvation is a take proposition, not a give proposition. Either God does the
saving, all of it, otherwise there is no salvation of the sinner.
The heresy of Lordship Salvation employs
the classic Satanic deception of hiding a lie between two truths. Such false
preachers claim that eternal life is a free gift, by Grace alone, through
faith alone, in Christ alone; BUT they also say, you must continue repenting
of your sins for the rest of your life, by turning from them on a daily
basis, or else you're not saved. Although it is true that salvation is by
God's grace, and a free gift, and by faith alone; it is a LIE that a person
must continue to repent for the rest of their life to be saved.
This is the demonic doctrine taught on the
heretical website at
ReviveOurHearts.com. On their website, Nancy Leigh DeMoss teaches a
false plan of salvation. They have a radio program called, “Seeking Him,”
aired by Moody Bible Ministries on Baptist radio stations across America. It
is apostasy! Nancy says she repented of her sins for the first time in 1963,
and has continued doing it since. Where is the cross upon which Christ died?
Where is Christ's burial. Where is Jesus' bodily resurrection? These are the
Gospel according to 1st Corinthians 15:1-4, not turning away from one's sins
continually. Miss DeMoss is teaching RELIGION, not Biblical SALVATION...
Nancy Leigh DeMoss: Every time we
repent of our sin, there’s a celebration in heaven. Jesus said, “There is
rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”
The angels are thrilled because God is being exalted. His will is being done
on earth as it is in heaven. That means the angels rejoiced in 1963 when, as
a small girl, I repented of my sin and trusted Jesus to be my Savior. I
think the angels continue to rejoice every time I repent. For instance, when
I don’t control my tongue and the Lord convicts me, I believe the angels
rejoice when I confess my sin. Once we confess our sins for the first time,
we need to live in a continuing lifestyle of repentance. Would you ask God
to show you any sin in your life? And remember, you can give the angels a
reason to celebrate today.”

The Gospel is NOT trusting Jesus as your
Savior. Don't assume that lost sinners know the Bible, many don't. Don't
assume that they know Jesus died on the cross for them. Don't assume that
they know Jesus bodily raised up from the dead, and is bodily alive in
Heaven today. Trusting Jesus is not salvation. To obtain the new birth by
the Holy Spirit of God, the Gospel must be preached and believed!!! We must
preach the cross! The notion that a person must continue to repent of their
sins for salvation is Satanic. Miss DeMoss at worst is an unsaved Satanic
false prophet, and at best is a bad writer who may have unintentionally put
forth a false plan of salvation.
The way Miss DeMoss wrote the preceding quote,
she gives the clear impression that salvation requires a holy life, which it
does not! Biblical repentance is a change of mind that compels a sinner to
come to Christ to be saved; not a desire to reform (a change of Life) that
God requires as part of salvation. Eternal life is a free gift (Romans 5:15;
6:23). A “gift” cannot have any stipulations or obligations in order to
remain a genuine “gift.” I am not trying to be unkind to Miss DeMoss, but as
a Christian I must refute all works of darkness according to Ephesians 5:11,
and that certainly includes tampering with “the simplicity that is in
Christ” (2nd Corinthians 11:3) for salvation. Our Baptist churches are
turning apostate. Foolish pastors are nowadays proclaiming a gift from God
that cannot be received without personal works. This is Satanism! Americans
are in denial about so many things.
Nearly every false cult in America today
believes that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; but they either pervert
the Gospel by adding self-righteous works, such as water baptism (as do
Churches of Christ); or they corrupt the Gospel by distorting the person of
Christ, teaching that Christ is a god, but not almighty God (as do the
Jehovah's Witnesses cult). Satan is subtle, so subtle in fact that most of
his victims haven't a clue that they've been woefully deceived by the Devil.
Biblical salvation is so simple that most people miss it, passing right over
it, settling for a Satanic substitute instead. The Devil's greatest weapon
is to con people into living the Christian life without ever being
born-again!!!
This is what Jesus meant in Matthew 7:13-14
when He warned, “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate,
and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which
go in thereat. Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which
leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.”
I've heard Evangelists Paul Washer and Ray Comfort teach that this
Scripture refers to people who aren't willing to turn away from their sins.
Carefully notice that the Lord said, “few there be that find it,”
He didn't say, “Few there be that are willing to travel it.”
The emphasis isn't upon a reluctance to travel the narrow path; but rather,
upon one's sincere ignorance that he or she has missed the narrow path.
Satan offers so many different substitutes for the Gospel that few people
ever find it. It is easy and simple to be saved!!!
The true Gospel as taught in the Bible (1st
Corinthians 15:1-4) is
simply that Christ died on the cross as the Lamb of God for our sins,
and He was buried, and three days later Jesus bodily resurrected
triumphantly from the grave. Believe it and the work is done! John
6:28-29, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the
works of God? Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God,
that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.” Jesus ascended into Heaven as our intercessory
High Priest (Hebrews 4:15-16; Romans 8:34). Christ DIED, was BURIED and
RESURRECTED. We are SINNERS in need of redemption and Jesus is the SAVIOR,
Who has paid for our sins in full with His own literal blood (1st Peter
1:18-19). The doctrine of Jesus' blood sacrifice is the heart of the
Bible—from the blood of the innocent animal which God slew to provide
clothing for Adam and Eve in Genesis 3:21, to the saints whose robes are
washed in the blood of the Lamb in Revelation 7:14. There is no teaching in
God's Word any more important that the physical blood of Jesus
Christ sprinkled upon the Mercy Seat in Heaven (Hebrews 12:24).
The Gospel has been corrupted in hundreds of
ways today—by hundreds of false prophets, false religions and false
Christs. The Apostle Paul warns us in 2nd Corinthians 11:3-4 about the
serpent (the Devil, Revelation 20:2), who deceived Eve, and likewise tries to deceive
people from “THE SIMPLICITY THAT IS IN CHRIST.”
The Devil is a liar (John 8:44). Most people in the world today have
religion without salvation. They have churchianity without Christianity. It
is difficult for most churchgoers to grasp that a man wearing a business
suit or a robe, who talks about Jesus Christ, could be a hellbound false
prophet; but that is THE TRUTH. Religion wants to fit us with glasses to see
from their perspective; but the Lord wants to open our eyes with THE TRUTH
of God's Word (John 8:45; 14:6; 17:17).
